I’m Cindy Hansen, a Washington real estate broker and educator serving Kitsap County and the Olympic Peninsula. I believe good real estate advice should feel like a conversation with someone who knows the territory, listens carefully, and makes the complicated parts easier to understand.

My real estate career began in 1989, with experience in mortgage and escrow before becoming a licensed Washington real estate broker in 2017. I also teach homebuyers and real estate professionals. That background shapes how I help clients understand the process, weigh options, and prepare for the unexpected.
